Vegetarian Means Vegan, Right?

Actually vegetarians tend to differ from what Vegans consider themselves to be. The exact reasons for why, evade me at the moment.

I eat plenty of vegetables but also enjoy eggs so I think this means I may be a vegetarian but I am not a vegan because eggs are not on their menu. I need to watch my calories and weight.

Veganism, if I may, seems to be more like a religion than just a healthy eating regime. I think the term is applied to not only eggs but even to wearing things that may have once been alive, like leather.

I have no feelings on this one way or another and think our life choices are just that, our life choices.

But this was not what the maker of the master cleanse diet had really intended the diet to be. The diet was to be a cleansing diet that would allow the dieter to excrete all the toxins in his system. A person who wants to try out the master cleanse diet will have to go on for 10 days without eating any solid food and drinking only the lemonade.

The lemonade will be a mixture of lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Because the lemonade will have all the nutritional and caloric requirements that your body needs to survive, you will not feel any hunger pangs.

However, if you do feel hungry, there is a simple remedy to that problem. All that you need to do is to drink your lemonade until the hunger goes away. The lemonade is a natural appetite suppressant so you will effectively chase hunger away with just a few sips.

So that you are always energized, you can bring your lemonade with you wherever you go.

During the first two days of the diet, you may feel a little faint and weak. But this is no cause of alarm.
